SOLD to a happy new owner! Can I find another one for you? Call Larry at 888-238-3883. THE VETTE NET.com is an international Corvette brokerage network and a proud Lifetime Business Member of the National Corvette Museum. We are Corvette enthusiasts and owners just like you and are honored that you have stopped by to look at this beautiful Competition Yellow “supercharged” 1994 Corvette convertible. Thank you!
We are very excited to offer you this very low mileage example. The color really makes a visual statement and is actually quite rare. Only 834 Corvettes were painted Competition Yellow in 1994.
The other “special feature” of this Corvette is the LT1 engine. It is the engine that was installed by the factory back in 1994. But, now it has been internally modified for a substantial horsepower gain. How does an estimated 600hp sound? Yes, that is a Vortec Supercharger you see in the engine bay.
Before you read about the details of the engine build, you should know this Corvette was built for both speed and general cruising. The Vette averages over 20mpg on the highway and runs a high 10-second quarter mile. The owner stated “This Corvette was not built for drag racing but it certainly was fun to see what it could do in the quarter mile!”
Here are some details of the engine build.
The stock LT1 block was bored to 383ci. and has a forged rotating assembly. The Eagle forged steel crankshaft has a 3.75 stroke. The connecting rods are Eagle 6 inch forged steel with floating pins. The JF forged/dished pistons are .030 over bore with SpeedPro rings and a compression ratio of 9.5:1. A high performance Comp Cam and GM roller rockers were installed. The Manely valves are the stainless race flow (1.94/1.0) type. Valve springs were sourced from Airflow Research. The heads are GM LT1 port-matched and polished. The throttle body is a 52mm from Edlebrock. The LT4 intake was ported and gasket matched. Sitting on top of the block is the beautiful Vortech V-1 Supercharger with a 2.87/6-rib pulley and the air intake tube modified by Blower Works. Intercooling is Blower Works Gaseous 50% methanol 10gph jet. TPIS long tube headers connect to a 3 inch exhaust with X pipe and Dynaflow mufflers delivering a very authoritative sound.
The automatic transmission is a 4L60E PTS system by Level 10. The differential is a Dana 44 with 3.54 ratio. Bilstein Z51 gas shocks and upgraded rear spring take care of the suspension duties.
You will also notice the owner added a few nice custom touches. First, take a look at those factory wheels. They are polished and color-keyed to match the paint. Clean Wheel dust guards keep them looking beautiful.
Other custom touches are GTS light covers. Stone protection flaps. Chrome exhaust tips. 1996 side fender flares. Tinted windows. Door sill protectors. Floor buckets (carpet savers). Embroidered logo (Corvette) head rest. Chrome valve cover bolts. Chrome computer cover. Chrome alternator. Chrome cruise control cover. Viper 350+ security system with keyless entry. Interior field disturbance Passport Radar Detector.
The aftermarket custom audio system is a Pioneer AVIC with all the right components to deliver a very high quality sound. That is a DVD navigation screen you see in the center console. As you would expect, this Corvette has A/C and power everything.
If you are looking for a special C4 Corvette convertible that has a tasteful custom look and very strong performance capability, you just found it. It is ready for you to experience the thrill of driving a performance enhanced Corvette convertible while listening to your favorite sounds and riding in cool comfort.

FEDERAL
EMISSIONS REGULATIONS VEHICLE COMPLIANCE: Beginning in
1975, the Federal Government mandated that all new vehicles must meet specific
emissions regulations. Auto manufacturers complied with these regulations
starting in 1975 by installing various emissions control devices on every new
vehicle produced including Corvettes. These emissions regulations apply to all
Corvette models from 1975 up to this present year. TheVetteNet.com cannot
guarantee any vehicle 1975 or newer, which we have listed for sale, will have
all of its factory original emission components installed or that it will pass
the emissions inspection in your state. As the buyer, it is your responsibility
to keep your Corvette in compliance with the emissions regulations mandated by
your particular state and county. Please check with your local Department of
Motor Vehicles (DMV) for additional information.
