Yes, it has the numbers matching 327 engine block and Powerglide transmission. That transmission is in storage having been replaced with a Hydra-Matic 700R4.
The original QuadraJet 2-barrel carburetor and intake have been replaced with a GM QuadraJet 4-barrel and GM intake. The 12-bolt Positraction rear end has the 3.31 ratio. The chambered dual exhaust is new.
One of the key features of this Camaro is the body. The owner states the sheet metal is all GM original. The SS hood is for the “cool look” and the stock hood comes with the car. Those GM Rally wheels add to this Camaro’s classic style.
Viewing the interior you will see it still has the original standard black vinyl bucket seats with shoulder belts. The dash pad and carpet are newer replacements. All are in fine condition.
The overall condition of this Camaro is very good. The paint, chrome, glass, and interior look terrific. Of course, the engine, transmission, Positraction, gauges, radio, wipers, lights, and switches are working properly.
